Dr. Khadija Coll MBE, recognized as one of the 100 most influential people of 2024 by Award Intelligence, is a mother, campaigner, social activist, honorary doctor, multi-award winner and Founder of the charity One Community Scotland (OCS). She currently works as a Project Manager for the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit.
Jasmin Aden

Jasmin joined OCS in 2022 as its first youth worker running a new programme. Now a senior youth coordinator, Jasmin, is the child of two asylum seekers and was the first to graduate from university in her family, with a MSc in International Relations. Jasmin understands the daily challenges many young people face as well as the limited support network some young people unfortunately often encounter.

I've worked in the public sector for 20 years and the voluntary sector for 10. I am all about equality and inclusion and believe that the most effective way of supporting people is through the work of grassroots organisations. My day job is User Researcher for Skills Development Scotland and I am committed to understanding the needs of different audiences to ensure we design the best service we can. One Community Scotland is an amazing and unique organisation that I'm proud to contribute to by supporting the staff and assisting with the website.
Mhorag Murphy

An early-retired civil servant, Mhorag’s career spanned a range of subjects in policy, programme and project areas, including inward migration and justice. She runs an open-water coaching business, is a trustee of two charities and an elder in the Church of Scotland, where she presently serves on a national committee. She is also a Chartered Quality Professional member of the Chartered Quality Institute.
